Fine related to articleship completion

02 December 2014 I completed my articleship on 10th September and posted my completion form on 6th Oct bt it reached ICAI on 11th Oct. Will there be any fine..?
In case it is then where will I have to send it..?

03 December 2014 The date of receiving letter would be regarded as date submission of completion of form.

Therefore, Institute can ask Rs 100 for delay in filling of articleship completion form
