COMPANY INCORPORATED ON 28.01.09 & FY SELECTED AS 28.01.09 TO 31.03.10 BUT FOR INCOME TAX PURPOSE FINANCIAL YEAR DOES NOT EXCEED 12 MONTHS. HOW CAN PREPARE STATEMENTS . WHETHER IT IS POSSIBLE TO PREPARE SEPARATE STATEMENTS FOR ROC PURPOSE & INCOME TAX PURPOSE AND SIGNED BY THE AUDITOR
