10 October 2018 Sir, wont I get 15 months as a newly incorporated Co?

10 October 2018 No , because you will get 15 months where it has been incorporated on or after the 1st day of January of a year, the period ending on the 31st day of March of the following year will be the FY per section 2(41) of the Co's Act,2013.

14 October 2018 IN CASE OF NEWLY INCORPORATED COMPANIES, THE FINANCIAL YEAR WILL BE FROM THE DATE OF INCORPORATION TILL 31ST MARCH OF THE YEAR
SO IN YOUR CASE FY WILL BE 25-06-2017 TO 31-03-2018
