Sir,
In case of non-govt employee year starts from 1.4.15 and ending on 31.3.16 but In case of central govt or state govt employee their year ending is 31st march also?

The previous year as per section 3 means a financial year (1 April to 31 March next year) uniformly applies to all assessees.
