Generally banks does not provide finance for purchase of land only. However, you may discuss the issue with few banks.

BY AUTHORISED LAND BASICALLY WE MEAN LAND SITUATED AT A PLACE WHICH IS APPROVED BY AUTHORITIES .THE LAND WHICH ARE UNAUTHORISE DO NOT GET FINANCE FROM BANKS .IN THIS REGARD YOU CAN CONSULT THE BANKS .
