Please suggest me that a finance pvt ltd company can accept share application money from individuals are not.
If company can accept means upto what is the limit by cash from individuals

08 August 2012 Yes it can. For cash there is no limit as such. (The giver of the cash should be able to prove the same in case asked for by the income tax department.)
