Dear friends
My attempt is due on May 2014. and i want to join Direct Tax classes by Vinod Gupta. But VG sir told that Finance Act 2012 is preparing for this batch but for my attempt finance act 2013 is applicable . So I want your advice that can i take this batch or wait for next batch which is start in Oct 2013.
Please advice me ....

Wait for next Batch since Finance Act 2013 will apply to your term.

Yes, Finance act 2013 will apply for your attempt.
However if you want you may go for this batch and before to the exams prepare amendments from finance act 2012 to 2013 because of there is slight changes from 2012 to 2013 otherwise you can wait for the next batch choice is yours based on the time provided by you.
