on going through the broucher of ICAI i came to know that there is advanced IT training which is to be undergone during 3rd year of articleship training.. can u tell me the details regarding that..??

01 July 2013 there is no it training in 3 year of articleship..

it is gmcs programme..

you can do this in last year of articleship or before applying for membership

01 July 2013 sir its given in brochure that u have to undergo the advanced IT training during 3rd year of articleship apart from GMCS I & II.

01 July 2013 thank u both the sir...!! sir what is that four week residential program..?? is it required to be attended during the course of articleship training..???

01 July 2013 yes..there are some residential programmmes conducted by icai

it is optional..you can go with your interest and this period is considered as period actually served in articleship

but practically not possible to attend because generally you will get busy in articleship
