My attempt for CA final is due in May 16 and books available in the market for Audit(Surbhi Bansal) and Law(Munish Bhandari) are for May 15.. should I start studying them or should I wait for the May 16 editions

i wil suggest you can wait til now...
because changes wil b there.. til than u can start your practical papers in which chances of changes are very low...
so wait til july for law and audit... after that too u have enough time to complete these papers
