12 October 2013 Today I got my admit card for final nov 13 exam, it is written there provisionally admitted, what does it means, m I eligible or not m very tensed. Started my artclshp on 16 nov 2010 but taken leave for 6mnths, again stated on 16 may 2011 till present. 6 mnths leav is permittd or not. Plz reply whn I m eligible?? Can I give d exam this term I got d admit card. Plz asap.

12 October 2013 Is it your 1st Attempt? I guess..
You will receive a letter at your home regarding that you are being provisionally admitted,at the end of the same letter they will demand a signature of your principal confirming that you are still under him.her and you will be completing articleship under him only after exams.
The letter you have to send back to them till 30th Nov,2013..

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

As per this, if your article ship is completed 30 months without excess leave then you will be eligible, otherwise I will suggest you to contact to the Institute.
