03 September 2011 I paid my Final Exam fees online well in time, but i sent the physical form by Speed Post on 29-8-2011. As on today, the Post Office site shows that the article has reached Delhi, but has not been delivered yet. Tomorrow is the last day. Will they accept the Form if Post Office delivers it late even though the online fees were paid well in time ? What remedy do i have incase the Form isn't delivered tomorrow by the Speed Post Office ? Does the Speed Post make deliveries on Saturday ? Really worried about this..please help.

04 September 2011 It didn't get delivered on Saturday. The Speed Post site says the article reached Delhi, but no delivery confirmation yet. Its been almost a week. I think they have lost it or haven't updated the site.
But under the circumstances, im planning to send another copy of the Form with a typed covering letter explaining my situation along with the Speed Post Ticket as proof and a DD for Rs. 500/- incase they feel Late Fees become applicable to me now.

Does this sound right ? In whose name should i make the DD ?

04 September 2011 u don't feel worry some times speed post site not updating i am saying real situation in my case: i had sent through speed one urgent letter the site shows no movement for u r article book still today but already i received reply to that so don't worry it would be delivered however if u feel worry wait for Monday also then on Tuesday u call to exams help line then take their suggestion and confirmation from them.
DON'T WORRY ABOUT U R DELIVERY FIRST U CONCENTRATE ON U R STUDITES
