25 January 2011 I have filed two 108 forms for period 27-08-2010 to 17-12-2010 and for the period 17-12-2010 to 09-01-2011. I have received a query from the institute for the 108 filed for the period 27-08-2010 to 17-12-2010.
I am therefore concerned that if the time by which the queries raised are solved, the deadline to file the exam form approaches then what shall be my recourse.

there is still some time for filing the exam forms. i suppose u have until the last week of February. u must personally visit the nearest ICAI branch at the earliest and explain them the situation, they are mostly helpful.
