15 June 2016 Dear Sir,

I am unemployed and I have no income. I want to take a dealership of biscuit. But they want a IT file. So, I am confused. Which ITR should file for this?

Please guide me.

15 June 2016 you need to file itr 1. but first you'll need to verify your 26AS for any tds or amounts received by you which would've been taxable like interest income, rent etc. then file itr 1 online.

16 June 2016 you can file ITR of your income if you have....

16 June 2016 Sir, If I file ITR 1 then in which coloumn I shows my income salary or other sources? As I have no income.

16 June 2016 its depend on your income what you have then you can declare.

17 June 2016 Dear Rupesh JI, Previously I declare that I am unemployed and I have no source of income. Only 500 /- earn from tution fees. Then please guide me in which column I will see my income of tution fees i.e Rs. 6000 /- p.a in ITR 1?
