filling of transporter details in tds returns

I want to fill transporters details, who furnished their pan no.to me. i am little confused about, how can furnish such details in ETDS returns.

Payment Made to Transportor ,Tds is Not required If pan is provided By the Transportor
If pan not provided by the deductee then rate as per above table or 20% which ever is higher is to be

I agree with Mr Sanjay Gupta. Transporters details are to be reported in TDS return.
