filling of transporter details in tds returns

I want to fill transporters details, who furnished their pan no.to me. i am little confused about, how can furnish such details in ETDS returns.

Payment Made to Transportor ,Tds is Not required If pan is provided By the Transportor

I agree with Mr Sanjay Gupta. Transporters details are to be reported in TDS return.
