Wanna please reply that if in any year an assessee is eligible for tax audit U/S 44AB for a certain year, then his income doesnot exceed the eligible criteria lead down under the same, will he be continue to be eligible for tax audit for further years also..
if yes then for how many years...

No. the criteria is seen in each year

Hello Raj, For tax audit, we have to check the criteria each year that whether the assessee cover under 44AB or not. He may cover in one year and may not in other year.
