mY QUERY IS THAT MY BROTHER HAS A PARTNERSHIP FIRM DURING THE YEAR 2016-17. BUT THERE IS NO BUSINESS CONDUCTED DURING THE YEAR. I WANTED TO KNOW WHICH ITR HAS TO FILED FOR NIL RETURN.
