Filling of mef form of icai

08 August 2012 While filing MEF Form it shows Date of Establishment(of Sole Proprietary Concern)-- 06/01/2009 and Date of Establishment(of Sole Proprietary Concern)2008. I have sole proprietorship firm registered in 06/01/2009 but got CoP on 19/02/2008. I was never associated with any Chartered Firm. So please help me which column should I fill.

08 August 2012 Please do not get confused. An individual can always do the practice in his/her individual name without any prior name approval from ICAI. Since you are not practising under trade name, it is advisable to put firm registration date
