03 August 2011 Dear concern, i wnt to ask it is necessary the date of agm should be dated before the date of filling itr or is there any provision

03 August 2011 I dont think there is any such provision like that.
Date of AGM is calculated as per the provisons of Co. Law.
it has nothing to do with date of ITR.

Due date of Subsequent AGM must be earliest of:
1. within 6 months of End of F/Y i.e 30th September
2. within 15 months of last AGM
3. Once in a Calender year

Approval of accounts take place at the time of agm so how we can file ITR before approval of accounts
