22 July 2013 Today I have filed ITR4 for the AY 2012-13. But I have wrongly type the father name. Now I want to change father name and for this which section I have to mention in the Return filed under section.
Please help me

22 July 2013 1)please wait till department asks you to rectify,,if it didn't asked you can leave it

2)if it asks you can rectify online using
efiling login id

"my account"

"rectification request"

"providing details of intimation received from it dept."

there after you can rectify but not possible to rectify with out receiving any intimation from department..

So wait and let the department object
