I have registered a company in january 2011. Till March 2011 no transactions have taken place. neither trading nor other. Bank account is opened in apr'11. I have incurred only preliminiry expenses towards registration. So i want to ask that should i file income tax return for the year ended 31.03.2011. Whether non filling will effect in any form???

Filing of Income TAx Return for companies is compulsary. Even if you have not started any business. You have to file a NIL return.
