When and how to file the income tax return????
If TDS is deducted under sec.194h- and the income of a assesse is not taxable then how will he get his tds refund???? plz explain ASAP.

If your income is under exemption limit,
You can File Income tax return..
For the F.Y 2012-2013 you have to file belated return....
and you can claim your refund...

You can file it before 31st march,2014 without any penalty or interest....

if the TDS has been deducted in September 2013, then the financial year shall be FY 2013-14, AY shall be 2014-15.
You can file tax return (in case of individual with less than Rs 1 crore total income) upto 31 July 2014. Once you file the return, it shall be processed by the Income-tax department and refund, if any, shall be given.
