05 November 2015 the final accounts of our company has not been approved by BOD so auditor has not signed Statutory Audit report as well as 3CD and 10 CCB report.

can I file the income tax return of AY 2016-17 without 3CD, 10CCB and 3CEB report on the basis of mere provisional account?

if yes how. Shall the incometaxindiaefilling allow it?

05 November 2015 You should be able to file. However, there is a column in the income tax return asking for date of uploading the audit report. Hence it means without uploading the audit report you cannot file the income tax returns
