28 June 2010 Dear Experts,

Query regarding Filling and Verification of Form 8.

Please let me know how do we verify, if the Form 8 comes from client office for our review.

Is there any simple and easy method to effectively verify the form (as the documents are more and especially, each document / agreement shall have more than 6 pages (or even 10 pages plus) including the Sanction Letter) ?

I may expect your views on the matter.

28 June 2010 FIRST CHECK WHETHER ALL THE DOCUMENTS COMPLETE OR NOT, WHICH ARE ATTACHED WITH FORM 8.
ALL THE FIELDS REGARDING MORTGAGE , PROPERTY DETAILS ARE DULY FILED.
THEN TOTAL FILE SIZE AFTER SIGNING SHOULD BE LESS THEN 2.5MB.

Thank you for your immediate response.

I am able to manage the size of the form.

My query is, as there are so many documents having many pages, should I have to study those documents or any specific place (like Term Sheet alone is sufficient), I shall directly verify and proceed with the form.

Can proceed with the "Loan sanction letter" issued by the lender and accepted by the borrower. As it is one page document containing all the terms and conditions of the loan it can be believed. But personally, I don't follow that practice, instead I used to read all the pages before I proceed with e-form-8.
