dear sir
if a auditor resigned 16 aug 18, before signing BS. Board appointed a new auditor 22 sept 2018. new auditor did audit and signed bs 25 sept (it is small 1 lac , no transaction co), and auditor confirmed next agm 29th sept 2018.
is it legally valid ?
