what happened if one of the dirctor dies before getting DIN No.

DIN is mandatory even though the director is expired. For taking DIN of expired director you may send an e-mail to http://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/MyMCALogin.do?method=setDefaultProperty&mode=23 stating the facts. They will let you know the procedure to take DIN in the cited situation.
