My father has left for heavenly abode in April 2021. We plan that return as Legal Heir will be Filed by my mother. efiling website now requires:
1. Number of surviving member as the legal heir for the deceased. We are One Brother and Two Sisters, all married. My Father has not left any will though nominations are mentioned in most of Financial Investments. What should be "Number of surviving member as the legal heir for the deceased" ?
2. Can anyone share the wording for Notarised affidavit and Letter of indemnity ?

Thanks Sir. Documents have been prepared for membership of some society. I understand that I should modify them according to requirement for Filing of return and may be substitute the word IPRS with Income Tax department. Is that right ?
