02 June 2009 File the return on the basis of address of residence.Since address is not mentioned in the PAN Card it is considered only as identity proof and not as address proof.

02 June 2009 Yes, you can file the return. But still, I would suggest you to get the address changed on PAN card too as soon as possible.
