21 April 2009 In the recent era of the paperless return ( If the return is filed electronically) whether there is need to submit the partnership deed of the partnership firm in the first year of the firm or in the year in which there is change of the constitution for the compliance of sec 184 n 185 ( Allowability of int and remuneration)

21 April 2009 Annexure less returns,as you rightly said,can be filed. But in the absence of corresponding amendment in section 184,in my view, copy of the instrument of partnership must be attached with the first return of income.

30 August 2012 Mr. Warrier,

Please let me know, how does one submit the Partnership deed along with first return, when the return is being filed online using DSC i.e. all electronic ?

Should not we wait for the Scrutiny notice, if any, for the same?
