Hi
service tax payment due date is 5th of every month
and the half yearly return filing date is oct 25th and the April 25th

If payment is made thro online, the last date is 6th of every month and for March it is 31st march only. Half yearly return in ST 3 is to be filed as specified by Mr B R Ramesh. From 1st July onwards, the return will have to be filed on monthly onwards. The return format and other things will be notified.
