Filing of revise form 2

20 June 2012 is there any option for rectification of mistake done in filing form 2. we have filed a form 2 but the there is a mistake of Address in the list of allotment of shares attached with the form 2. how can this mistake be rectified???

21 June 2012 You can file revised form 2 along with correct list of allotment and a letter addressing to ROC stating the fact of the case and requesting to ROC to ignore and nullify earlier one upon registration of revised form 2.
