Can I file ITR4 paper return without TDS certificate attached to it. please answer quickly, its very urgent.

u can file it return without TDS certificate but check 26AS for TDS details..

Can I submit 26AS report with my return to confirm the amount i claimed, as i don't have form 16A

No need of attaching tds certificate / 26AS because income tax return form is to be filed with out attachments.
