Filing of Return U/s 153A

09 April 2009 One of my client which is a Company has received Notice u/s 153A. Can anyone tell the form in which the return is to be filed for the Assessment Year 2004-05 to 2006-07. Is it Form 1,(manual) the old ones or we have to submit online.Please Reply.

09 April 2009 Upto AY 2005-06 Form 1 (Physical) and from AY 2006-07 Efiling . Please confirm from Circular 9/2006 dated 10.10.2006 at following link.
