Dear Experts,
If a salaried person has not filed return for AY 16-17, but TDS has been deducted, and has refundable amount, can it be filed now?

In normal provisions no way for filing ITR AY 2016-17.
But, he can move with condonation delay request to CIT. After approval then he can file with the request...
