Husband died on 10.11.2011.
Is it possible to efile IT return by spouse for the FY 2010-11 and is any problem for giving bank account details of spouse for refund purpose.

Return can be filed by spouse as a legal representative of the deceased husband.
The deceased's wife can e-file the return and sign in Form V.
She can give her bank account number. These facts should also be explained to the jurisdictional AO by way of a letter, preferably along with copy of the death certificate issued by municipality/ corporation.
