Hai,
I have to file a Return for the assessment year 2008-2009. My doubt is whether I can send the ITR-V to CPS, Bangalore or to file at the nearest Income tax Office? If so within how many days I have to do this? Please clarify..

After filling ITR you have to go to your concern ward with Acknowledge not to send to CPS bangalore now it to late.

The Bangalore affair is for assessment year 2009-10 and not to assessment year 2008-09.
