How to carry forward excess payment of service tax in ST-3 return?
27 April 2016
Payments made in excess are to be reported in Part C of the ST - 3 Return as Advance Tax Paid. The same can be adjusted in subsequent returns with proper disclosures in Part D / DA of the ST - 3 Return under Rule 6.
