ONE OF MY FRIEND IS DOING BUSINESS(TEXTILE) AND YET HE HAS NOT FILED ANY RETURN AND NOW HE WANT TO FILE RETURN,HE DO NOT HAVE ANY EVIDENCE OF HOW AND WHEN HE HAS STARTED HIS BUSINESS. WHAT TO KINDLY REPLY
