08 August 2012 while doing registration in the income tax website for e-filing of return. and while giving the details like pan holder name and father name as per pan card, system is showing some messages like first/last name does not match with the data you entered.

i tried for so many times in different ways but the same message is coming every time.

can you please tell me the alternative of how to get registered to file return?

please help as early as possibel
