I would like to know process of filing income tax return online for minor earning income from modelling and acting. As per income tax provision When a child earns an income by way of any work or from an activity which uses his talent or special knowledge and experience – the minor shall pay tax on it and such income is not clubbed. For example, when a minor wins from a dance show or a talent hunt, the prize money is not clubbed with the income of a parent.Kindly guide me for the same. Since minor is not eiigible to sign his return and guardian can sign. I request to guide me for same.

you can apply separate pan card for the minor and you can file the return using that pan.
