31 May 2016 sir for AY 14 15 iam having agricultural income of rs 240000 and house property income rs 190000 after computation I want to get aloan banker asking itr for 3 years can whether I am liable file itr if i file itr for AY 14 15 u/s 142 1 without getting a notice any problem will arise

31 May 2016 last date of return for the year 2013-14 was 31.3.2016. you can apply with commissioner of getting the permission for that and then file the return.

31 May 2016 You have to conveyance the bank to give loan on 2 years return or change the bank where 2 return is enough to take loan or if nothing is happened then wait for new return.
