If we want of file ITR of HUF then we have to give PAN No. of Karta in verification.
But if Karta has no PAN No. then how we can file return.
Please guide me.

u need to obtain a sep pan no for huf after registration u can obtain the same..............

you need to obtain PAN for the karta....
no other member of HUF can sign except for as provided under section 140
