I would like to file ITR 4 for the asst year 2015-16. My business income is below 5 lackhs and I do not have any refunds. Can I eligible to file physical returns(paper returns). please inform at your earliest enable to file my returns

Dear, U have to file ur return electronically, coz, manual returns r no more in process.
So u must register urself to the following link:-
https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/e-Filing/Registration/RegistrationHome.html
and then file ur return.

No you cannot file ITR for AY 2015-16 now, when you have no refund claim.
