23 September 2013 I've filed ITR of ay 2011-12 in the month of april 2012 wrongly attaching in the form ITR-2 of ay 2012-13. subsequently to correct the mistake i've filed return u/s 142(1)without such notice by the dept., in the month of oct., submitting the relevant year's ITR form. The assessee has refund of 10k, how should I proceed to get the refund?

23 September 2013 Strange. How you file return under 142(1) without the notice from the department?

Did you file return online? If yes, did you send ITRV? check the processing status of both the returns?

25 September 2013 status of the return shows that " case is transferred to jurisdictional officer" tell me wat has to be done so that the refund is awarded.
