Filing of incometax return for asst year 2013-14

One f my friend,who has filed the incometax return thru a CA and does not want to file this year return directly electronically.He is not aware of the password.Since he is not in good terms with THE CA,CA is not willing to give the password.When contacted,validate@incometaxindia,he has received a mail that the password has shared with the registered email id,ie,that of the CA.My friend has to get refund. Pl advise as to how my friend can file the return electronically to claim for refund.

If you have the copy of ITRV for last year, you can change password using the acknowledgment number and the bank account details.
or you can file the return online using https://taxcloudindia.com/
once the return is filed online using this website, you can change the online password using the current year's acknowledgment number and bank details.
