Filing of income tax return along with tax audit report

1.Should the uploading of Tax Audit Report precede filing of I.T.Return?
2. If both Tax Audit Report & I.T.Return are signed digitally by respective signatories, is it necessary to upload scanned copies of both by obtaining manual signatures also?

1. Both the return & the tax audit report are to filed simultaneously.
2. Scanned copy of only the Balance Sheet and P&L is required to be uploaded. Scanned copy of return & audit report is NOT required to be uploaded.
