18 March 2019 The Company was running/managing business of hotel upto financial year 2016-2017 and filing its income tax returns till date under the head Income from Business or Profession. The Company has given the hotel premises (w.e.f. 01st April, 2017) on monthly rent. Can the company file income tax return under the head Income from House Property?
