14 June 2016 I got the Form 16A with TDS rs.43,333/- u/s 194j by Company
I am paying the Rent for 12500/- per month
Please let me know the liability & Return type for filing the return.

14 June 2016 you file ITR-4 and take the rent deduction u/s 80GG.

14 June 2016 for 80 GG lower of these
1) Rent paid minus 10 percent the adjusted total income.
2) Rs 2,000 per month (Rs. 5000/- Proposed wef F.Y. 2016-17).
3) 25 percent of the adjusted total income.

14 June 2016 You may consider 24000 as deduct as you may get only this much deduction after considering 80GG allowability conditions as per your income..

consult a chartered accountant or tax consultant to file your return of income so that you can assure that return will be filed correct in all respects and you can get your refund .
