Filing of gstr 3b for service industry

Dear Sir/ Maam,
We are into Service Industry, Can we also file GSTR 3B for sept 2017 as date of GSTR 1 for this month is not finalised by the Govt.

Definitely..... you have to file GSTR3B
18 October 2017
You have to file GSTR-3B till 20th Oct otherwise penalty of Rs 200/- per day charged on return filed by you.
