filing of form din-3.

02 June 2010 One of my client is a director in company and company has not filed annual return since 2000. MCA computer does not accept din-3 as paid share capital of company is Rs.60200 though Authorised share capital is Rs.100000. I want to regularise the records but unable to upload other returns as DIN-3 is not being accepted by computer.
What to do in the matter.

02 June 2010 Pl check the company's master data in www.mca.gov.in. If the status of the company shows as "active", issue shares for Rs.39,800/- so as to comply the minimum requirement of paid up capital. Then get DIN-2 from directors and e-file DIN-3. After getting approval of the same,e-file all the pending documents before the ROC through MCA portal.
