Filing of form 32

Hi,
a director has tendered his resignation from the company. but the other directors are not willing to e-sign the filing of form 32 because of internal problems amongst them.
I believe the manager / secretary of the co. can sign the form 32 by quoting their PAN. But my qstn is do they need to register them self in anyway with the MCA (like we do the director by acquiring DIN)
pl suggest.

If you want to file form-32 with signature of company manager/CS then firstly your register their signature with MCA and they view as authorised signatory details.
So add in signatory list on MCA portal and submit the form.
